Merchant Escrow is not a financial institution. Escrow funds may be Fiat Money or Crypto Currency. All funds are held in a third-party controlled trust account until they are transferred in accordance with the mutually agreed upon escrow instructions.
Merchant Escrow does not take possession of digital or physical property being exhanged between parties. Transfer of tangible and intagible property is conducted by the escrow parties directly in accordance with the mutually agreed upon escrow instructions.
